INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS:

This is a "Rain or Shine" Tournament, and play should be anticipated. If games are canceled due to extreme inclement weather, games may not be rescheduled. The decision of the Tournament Committee will be passed on to all teams that are registered. Refund Policy: Tournament registration fees are non-refundable.

However, teams who purchase Event Cancellation Team Coverage from ViCoverage, powered by Vertical Insure, may be eligible for refund up to a 100% if the event is canceled or shortened due to unsafe playing conditions caused by weather.

Refunds are determined based on games played versus games guaranteed and are paid directly to the team through Vertical Insure.
